1. Agreement
By accessing the Code94 Labs website or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
We provide product engineering, design, AI/ML implementation and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, deliverables produced specifically for your project transfer to you, excluding our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, which we license to you for continued use of the deliverables.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during an engagement confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement.
5. Warranties & disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" beyond what is explicitly warranted in a Statement of Work. We disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
7. Website use
You may not use the site to violate laws, infringe rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may modify or discontinue the site at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Code94 Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
